Shipping Policy & Legal Compliance
At Everyday It Lit, we are fully permitted and licensed to sell and distribute premium THCA flower and CBD clones. All of our products are strictly compliant with the 2018 Agricultural Improvement Act (Farm Bill) and contain a Delta-9 THC concentration of less than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis.

THCA Flower Shipping Policy
We proudly ship our premium THCA flower nationwide to compliant states.
Our THCA flower is rigorously lab-tested by ISO 17025-accredited facilities to ensure it meets all federal guidelines for agricultural hemp. Because state laws regarding hemp and THCA are rapidly changing, we monitor regulations closely.

Federally Compliant: All flower ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) proving it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Methods
We utilize trusted carriers that permit the legal transport of agricultural hemp.

USPS Priority: We primarily ship via the United States Postal Service, which legally permits the mailing of compliant hemp and CBD clones under Publication 52 guidelines. All necessary legal documentation is included inside the box.

Discreet Packaging: All orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers. There is no exterior branding that indicates the contents of the package.

Adult Signature Required: Depending on your state’s specific requirements, your package may require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.

Due to the perishable, botanical, and consumable nature of our products, Everyday It Lit enforces a strict, absolute no-return and no-refund policy. Once a transaction is completed at checkout, it is final.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns
To maintain strict agricultural compliance, biological security, and total quality control, we cannot safely restock, reuse, or resell live genetics or consumable hemp products once they have left our controlled facility. Accepting returns on live plants risks introducing pests or pathogens to our nursery, and accepting returns on flower violates our sanitary and safety protocols.
Policy Terms
* **No Refunds:** We do not issue refunds to the original payment method or provide store credit for any reason.
* **No Returns:** We do not accept physical returns of any products, including live CBD clones, THCA flower, seeds, or merchandise. If you ship an item back to us, it will be refused and returned to sender or destroyed upon receipt.
* **No Exchanges:** We do not swap or exchange products once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
* **No Order Cancellations:** All transactions are final at the exact moment of purchase. We process and package orders immediately to ensure live plants are prepped for shipment. We cannot cancel or modify an order once payment is submitted.
Shipping & Transit Liability
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS), Everyday It Lit assumes no liability for the shipment.
* We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit by the carrier.
* We are not responsible for packages seized by local law enforcement or state agricultural departments due to changing local ordinances.
* It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping environment is safe for live plants and that the purchase is strictly compliant with their local municipal and state laws.
